Branded Email Stationery 101: who leads the pack?

Not knowing what’s happening with your emails is actually a lot like not having a clue who’s calling on the other end of the line.  And the Fabusend Email Tracking is actually quite robust.  It tells me when my emails get opened of course, with the person’s email address, and a time stamp etc, but I can also turn it on or off “on the fly”, as well as adjust the settings of it if I want.  For example, it even has what they call “reverse tracking” which notifies me when me emails do not get opened by people. (No kidding!)   I can set it to tell me quite tightly, say if just 1 or a few hours goes by, and my email remains un-opened, OR, I can push it all the way to 72 hours…a much more “relaxed” setting.  I actually think this setting is good if you factor weekends, and especially long weekends.  It has a cool “auto-resend” feature in such cases and I don’t really want to be contacting folks on weekends… unless it’s on the urgent side.
